About Isabelle
While all cooking brings me happiness, I have the world's largest sweet tooth, so baking has always held a special place in my heart.
I went on to attend Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina where I earned both an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts as well as a Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship. After graduating, I was so blessed to be able to dive right in to pursuing my dream of having my own baking business, and thus, Isabelle Grace Cakes was born.
Here, my focus is simple. I strive to make delicious products that look ~almost~ too good to eat.
I grew up in a small town outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout my childhood I loved to bake cookies with my mom, watch Food Network shows instead of morning cartoons, and flip through cookbooks. I always, ALWAYS, took food very seriously. My parents would joke that I would be silent at meal times because I was so focused on my meal.
As I got a little older, I realized that I didn't just love to eat food, but making it brought me so much joy as well. I also found that my food brought joy to the others in my life, which inspired me to pursue this pathway even further.
